The Triangle is Miami’s neighborhood hangout — a place for locals, families, and creatives to gather under the trees, share good food, sip great cocktails, and feel at home. Built on the belief For Locals by Locals, it’s a laid-back corner of the city designed for like-minded adults and parents who value good music, good flavors, and real community.
A space discovered, not manufactured — and a home base for Miami’s makers, doers, and culture-shapers.

The Triangle is a neighborhood hangout built for Miami — a place for locals, families, and creatives to gather under the trees, sip great cocktails, eat good food, and feel at home.
Founded by three people who have each shaped Miami in their own way:
Elad Zvi brings the creative spirit and hospitality vision behind the globally celebrated Broken Shaker, the natural-wine sanctuary Margot, and the music-driven nightlife hub Jolene. His work has helped define what Miami’s modern bar culture looks and feels like — thoughtful, locally rooted, and effortlessly cool.
Javi Zayas is the founder of SWARM, one of the city’s most influential experiential groups. His team has produced hundreds of major events and neighborhood experiences across Miami, bringing people together through food, music, and culture. He understands community at scale — and how to make it feel personal.
Lyly Loor Villanueva has spent her career crafting some of Miami’s most culturally forward festivals, concerts, and brand experiences from III Points to Red Bull Zeltron World Wide. Her work sits at the intersection of creativity, community, and storytelling, with a focus on building spaces where people feel connected, inspired, and at home.
Together, they created The Triangle with one simple belief:
At its core, The Triangle is designed for like-minded adults and parents — people who want good music, good flavors, and authentic community without sacrificing their weekends. It’s a space where you can bring your kids, still feel like yourself, and enjoy a setting that respects the delicate balance between family life and a real, adult social experience.
A laid-back corner of the city designed to feel discovered, not manufactured. A home base for Miami’s creatives, neighbors, parents, and friends to connect, unwind, and keep pushing the culture forward.
Special shoutout to our main dude – Ozzy without which absolutely none of this would have been possible.
